FindInvo is built around the fundamental principle of local data sovereignty. Unlike cloud-based SaaS solutions, all operations relating to reading invoices, mapping fields, OCR analysis, and search indexing are processed strictly on your local Windows system.
The FindInvo desktop application does not collect, record, or upload any analytical logs, telemetry payloads, or document contents to our systems. No scanned images, PDFs, vendors, GST registration IDs, or transaction sums leave your intranet environment.
During the initial product launch or license renewal, the software makes a single secure connection to our activation server to verify the validity of your license key and bind it to a hardware fingerprint. Air-gapped license activation files can be provided on request for completely isolated enterprise systems.
