FindInvo provides a dedicated, free 30-minute sandbox session where we install the software and process a batch of your actual invoices. We strongly encourage all customers to schedule this trial session to evaluate layout compatibility before buying a license.
Once a perpetual license key has been generated and delivered to your email, it is immediately active and binds to the specified hardware. Consequently, we cannot issue cancellations or refunds for digital license keys.
If your activation key fails during validation or you experience hardware failure requiring migration, reach out to our engineering support at [email protected]. We will verify your credentials and issue a replacement key free of charge.
